Everything about this place was great. The only problem was some sketchy folks that seem to hang out all night at a next-door convenience store. There is no barrier between them and the hotel parking. No actual problems, but an uneasy feeling. Then the next day I saw that there was a camp of homeless folks on the side boulevard of Harry Hines. None of this is the hotels fault, and it is a growing problem in all major cities, hence my 9/10 rating still for the hotel.

At first I was a bit unnerved because it’s kind of just off the highway. Not really walking distance to anything. but the hotel looks new. the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff could not be nicer. They all were just lovely!! The breakfast was even surprisingly good. I came for the gift show at the dallas mart and the hotel is about a 1/2 mile from there. so it was a cheap uber ride!

I loved that the place was new and the staff was very friendly. The gym room had lots of weights so you can work out and the room was exceptionally spacious and clean. It made our stay very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a 7/11 close by. This place without traffic is 10-15 mins from downtown. Loved the location

Brand new room, we were told the hotel was 3 weeks old, pleasant and useful dishes, cups, silverware, very comfortable beds. Beautiful classic and simple decor. Professional and helpful front desk staff. Room sparkling clean. Easy to use walk-in shower with nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Very comfortable bed with delightfully high quality linens. Friendly, helpful staff and congenial atmosphere in general -- when the staff treats customers well, everyone tends to be in a good mood! Nice selection of breakfast goodies. Very clean. Lots of parking.
